Luke 2:49 It is hard for some to accept that when we are born as an enemy of God. He loves us and wants the best for us, but until we accept Jesus as our Lord and Savior, we are on Team Satan. This is why through Jesus we must surrender all of our body, soul, and mind to God... give up all of those worldly thoughts of "I can do this alone" and put all of our faith and trust in Jesus to help us through. "I am no longer the ruler of myself... I surrender my personal worldly kingdom and all that is in it to God."
