Kindergarten - 5th Grade
At Eastwood we guide kids K-5th grade to develop a faith of their own through Bible Study, Worship and Relationships. We use a curriculum that encourages kids to “treat others the way they want to be treated”, “make wise choices”, and “know they can trust God no matter what.” Throughout the week we offer several opportunities for kids to worship, study God’s Word and build relationships.

We also take security very seriously, with regularly background-checked volunteers, and well-trained staff. Additionally, we have devoted security team throughout campus. We desire that you will have peace of mind knowing your child is learning the bible in a fun and safe environment.
Sunday Small Groups & Kids Worship
At 9:00 AM, before worship, your child will get to participate in one of our Children's Life Groups. (small groups). Life groups are age-graded bible studies where your child will continue to learn about the love of God. We also offer Kid’s Worship for kids K-3rd grades during both Sunday morning Worship Services. During Kids Worship, your child will be apart of a large group worship time that includes, singing, a fun interactive Bible Lessons, and game time. They won’t want to miss it.​
Team Kid - Wednesday Nights
TeamKID is designed for Kids in Discipleship! It features Bible memory games and application of Bible truths, engaging missions videos and activities, and fun activity-based learning all while helping your kids grow to be more like Jesus.

Leaonda Palmer wears many hats at Eastwood. On Sundays she is the Nursery and Preschool Coordinator. During the week, Leaonda can also be found on the Eastwood Campus as the Director of Eastwood Childcare Center. Leaonda has been involved with Children's Ministry for many years. She surrendered her life to full time ministry when she was 21 years old. Since then, Leaonda has been working full time in church daycares, children's ministry, and preschool ministry since she surrendered. Children are her passion! She loves sharing the story of Christ with them, and watching them grow into young men and women. Leaonda does not ever serve alone, her entire family is involved as well, her husband of 19 years, David, and her four children, Erica, Darcie, Darla, and Drew. Whether it's through prayer, fixing things, encouragement, or loving on children with her, Leaonda's family does it ALL.

We believe there is nothing more important than God’s work, even more so when it comes to our kids. So consider contributing to a cause that matters. God’s not looking for perfection; He’s looking for your heart. If you have a heart of gratitude for all that God has done for you and you want to serve him and express that gratitude, we want to give you the opportunity. Eastwood Kids has a host of serving opportunities available for our weekend services.
