Jesus called us to make disciples who will make disciples. What a great privilege it is to make an ongoing personal investment in the spiritual development of those we know.
How do I invite and begin discipling those I know into a disciple-making relationship?

They are ready to provide training and support all along your disciple-making journey.​

Be prayerful and purposeful (Luke 6:12-14, Matthew 9:37-38). modeling all you expect of the disciple (l Cor. 11:l ).

Rely on God's strength (2. Timothy 2:1)

Ask God to show you whom to disciple and prayerfully discern whether the potential disciples are and will be:

​Faithful in becoming disciple makers too (2 Timothy 2:2)

Available to meet weekly

Teachable with regard to your leading and Christ's work in them

Extend a face-to-face invitation to walk alongside you on this journey to become more like Jesus (Matthew 4:17-22).

The group you disciple should:

​consist of 3-4 persons including yourself and be of the same gender

be highly relational with high accountability
-
rely almost exclusively on Scriptural content (a 4D Outline is available)

follow a reproducible process, namely SPECKA meet in public places.
