Philippians 4: 4-7
We all have problems, but our goal has to be finding peace in the middle of them. When Paul wrote to the Philippians, he was in prison awaiting his execution, yet he tells us to "rejoice in the Lord always!" We have to keep our attitude in check so that we don't inflate the problem. We have to keep our emotions in check so we can grow through the problems. And we have to keep our prayers in check so that we keep our mind focused and safe from Satan's invasion into our thoughts to distract us from God.
On multiple occasions with the disciples were filled with fear and dread, Jesus came to them with a greeting of "peace" before anything else. If we can find Jesus in this hectic, distracted world, then we too will find "peace."
